Return And Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged/defective or wrong/incomplete then you return the product “at the time of delivery”, please contact us immediately, BEFORE you pay cash to the deliveryman. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. We do not take any responsibility for a product once it has been delivered. Please note that any claim will not be taken if you pay cash to the deliveryman.

When you can return an item

If the product is damaged by our delivery partner.

If we sent the wrong product and also not the same size which you desired.

If the product is not matched the photo then you can return the product.

We are offering the exchange,

That means we can exchange your product but remember you have to pay the delivery charge twice.

When you can exchange

If we delivered your desired size but the size is not accurate then you can exchange it.

You can change the product but you have to pay extra money for the different product and also the delivery charge twice. Remember you can't use the product and also we have to request an exchange in front of the delivery charge.


If we delivered your desired product and also your desired size then you have to pay the return charge and the charge will be the same as the delivery charge.

Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (Dead on arrival) reason that won’t be considered as valid.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
